Our annual public meeting will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, March 14th at Houndstooth Academy of Dog Training located at 1450-B S. Main Street in Lexington.
This is a chance to meet our team of volunteers, learn what we do, how your donations are spent, and find out how you can get more involved with DCAA.
Snacks will be served and everyone is welcome!
The 2026 Taps & Tails Artisan Craft Fair will be held on Saturday, April 18th at BullCity Ciderworks in Lexington.
Come out and find creative and unique homemade creations, baked goods, home decor, bath/body products and more! We will have food trucks and raffle prizes.

Our 13th annual FORE! the Animals Golf Tournament is scheduled for Saturday, June 6th at the Sapona Golf Club in Lexington. This is a Captain Choice tournament with a 2:00pm shotgun start. Lunch is included with your registration and is served at 12:00 noon.
